These Terms of Service of the Website (hereinafter - “Terms of Service”, or “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by the Thai-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, licenced by the Chamber of Commerce Registrar in Phuket Province under registration No. 0838568000013, located at No. 147/254, Moo 6, Choeng Thale Sub-district, Thalang District, Phuket Province, 83110 (hereinafter - “TUAC”, “Chamber”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). References to “You” or “User” mean any person who accesses or uses the Website.

The Chamber is established to promote and support trade, investment, tourism, industry, agriculture, finance, technology, digital innovation, e-commerce, start-ups, modern entrepreneurship and broader economic cooperation between Thailand and Ukraine.
In pursuing its objectives, the Chamber may, among other things, support research and dissemination of information, collect and publish relevant statistics, support the development of its members, provide recommendations and assistance in relation to business activities, facilitate interaction between businesses and public authorities, cooperate with public and private institutions, organise educational, promotional and networking activities, exhibitions and other initiatives, and perform such other lawful functions as may be consistent with its legal status and applicable law.
The Website is made available as an official online information and communication resource of the Chamber and may include information regarding the Chamber’s mission, activities, services, events, publications, initiatives, membership-related matters and other relevant materials or opportunities.

Current members and sponsors of the Chamber may refer to their membership or sponsorship status and, where appropriate, use the Chamber’s name and logo in their letterheads, business cards, brochures, promotional materials, advertisements, magazines, websites, emails or other materials, whether in printed or electronic form (hereinafter - “Communications”), solely in accordance with these Terms.
A current member or sponsor may state in its Communications that it is a member or sponsor of the Chamber and may use the Chamber’s name and logo for that limited purpose, provided that such use is accurate, lawful and compliant with any requirements or brand guidance issued by the Chamber.
The following or similar wording may be used, as applicable, with or without the Chamber’s logo, unless otherwise directed by the Chamber:
The Chamber’s name and logo must be used only in the form, style, colours and proportions approved or published by the Chamber and must not be altered, distorted, cropped, combined with other marks or used as part of another brand, mark or slogan without the Chamber’s prior written approval.
The use of the Chamber’s name, logo and any reference to membership or sponsorship status must always be accurate, dignified and in good taste and must not be misleading or presented in any manner that may harm the good name, reputation or standing of the Chamber.

The right to use the Chamber’s name, logo and any indication of membership or sponsorship status shall cease automatically when the relevant person or entity ceases to be a current member or sponsor of the Chamber, as applicable. Upon such cessation, the former member or sponsor must promptly discontinue such use and remove or cease issuing any new Communications bearing the Chamber’s name or logo or referring to such status.
The Chamber may require any member or sponsor to correct, suspend or discontinue any use of the Chamber’s name or logo that does not comply with this section or that, in the Chamber’s reasonable opinion, may mislead third parties or adversely affect the Chamber’s reputation.
Any use of the Chamber’s name or logo in a manner not expressly permitted by this section shall require the Chamber’s prior written approval. Requests for permission to use the Chamber’s name or logo should be directed to the Chamber using the contact details published on the Website.
